Refund policy

It's okay to change your mind. We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase, and our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction.

On-Door Inspection: You may inspect your order at the time of delivery. If something doesn't feel right, you can refuse the order immediately.

Loyalty Returns: Starting from your third purchase, your return window is extended to 14 days, giving you more time to decide. 

Refunds: Refunds are allowed within 24 hours. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Items not returned in their original state or beyond the timeframe cannot be accepted.

If your order is not received, you’ll be contacted to complete the payment for the shipping fees.
